Rufy sa che Barbabianca vuole salvare Ace perciò è un amico e vuole salvarlo anche se a diventare il re dei pirati sarà lui. Barababianca dice che non è così ma lo ringrazia per l'aiuto. Rufy gli dice che non ci sono problemi. Gli altri sono stupiti dal fatto che egli stia parlando allo stesso livello di Barbabianca. Barbabianca dice che la chiave dei pirati sta nell'essere pronti in qualsiasi cosa... Marco avvisa Barbabianca che l'esecuzione di Ace è vicina perciò dice di far presto. Kizaru non vuole risparmiare nessuno,vuole farli fuori tutti. Rufy avanza ma Ace gli dice di fermarsi perchè hanno scelto oceani e strade diversi e i pirati non devono essere sentimentali e quindi essere aiutati... Rufy continua ad avanzare. Ace dice che sono fratelli...c'è un flashback dove Ace ricorda quando bevevano il sake insieme e tutti e due volevano realizzare i propri sogni. Un gigante dei vice-ammiragli si mette di mezzo per intervenire. Rufy usa Gear Third.
